Filters Panes

Hi,

My filter panes keep disappearing when i take a look into them for example this is all is see once clicked:

I have run the following checks:

-Cleared caching

-Changed browser

-Removed fields / re-added

Any ideas why this keeps happening?

Is Devtools/F12 helps in the browser, What is giving in console?

My best guess to use Fiddler in many cases.
