Find Min and max date and store in a variable

I have a field in which dates are stored and I want to store the maximum and minimum date in separate variables.

So my vmaxdate should be = 12/21/2021 and vMindate = 11/30/2021. 

Please help me.

use peek function to store max and min dates at script level.

or in UI use min or max function to store dates in variables
