Formatting or Publishing a dashboard to fit a 42" monitor

Is there a setting in QLIKSense Desktop that allows you to format the output of your dashboard to the correct resolution for a 42" Monitor?

Qlik Sense use a responsive web framework resizing all your app objects to your device.

Use Window resize option appropriately which fits to your screen.

Is this Window Resize option available in QLIKSense or only in QLIKView? I only have QLIKSense desktop, and I can't see it.
