Frequent cookies getting added to the Qliksense url

Hello.

This is Suvendu Mishra from HSBC. My Team is using QlikSense which is Cloud hosted. Few of the users have complained, they are getting 500 errors which works fine after clearing the cache, however this is happening very frequently. I am looking for a permanent solutions. Please suggest.

 

I am happy to share the logs in a call if needed.

If you check the certificate of the environment and go to the details tab, look for the field 'Signature hash algorithm' is the value equal to sha256?
