@Ranjanac  These are quite large topics and won't be easily covered in one thread. 

I can answer some but you may need to talk to Qlik pre sales team. 

One of the main challenges to migrate from QlikView to Qlik Sense is the feature gap. Not all the QlikView objects can be converted smoothly and you will need to re-create them manually.
