Hello -
We have been using qlik sense for a while now, but recently we had a unique requirement come up. A report (app) we created that is being used by management is going to be rolled out to our individual sites and the lower management there. In doing so, I need to break the app out into 10 separate apps. So, instead of one master productivity app, I have a Maryland Productivity App, Arizona Productivity App, Virginia Productivity App, etc. These apps live in our "Productivity Stream" alongside the master Productivity App that combines all of the sites together in one.
What I am trying to do is give specific users access to their corresponding app without them being able to see other sites productivity apps in the same stream.
I have tried disabling the stream level access and giving someone access to only the app, but that didn't seem to work.
Am I missing something? Is there a specific order of operations I would need to do in order to get this working? I would love to be able to do this all in one stream instead of having to create a new stream for each of our sites.
Thanks,
Scott
