Gradient colour by expression

I have a table of in the chart section that contains calculations, the results of which range from 0 upward. Is there a way to colour the values so that the background progressively gets darker the higher the number?

If I need to put an upper and lower limit that is fine but is there a way to colour a background with a gradient?

I would assume the use of the rank function but I do not know how to input this within a RGB or ARGB function.

Hi, @JonathanKelly

I created an article on how to make a Gradient using the colormix2() function, see if it is useful for you.

Hi Jonathan,

Refer the below link,

https://help.qlik.com/en-US/sense/November2023/Subsystems/Hub/Content/Sense_Hub/ChartFunctions/Color...

There you have Colormix1 & colormix2 functions. Please note that expressions used to define the colour should range within 0 to1 & -1 to 1 respectively for the 2 functions.

Regards,

Rohan.
