Green cross safty and Heinrich

I need to create a "green cross safety" and "Heinrich pyramid" visual in Qlik. Can you suggest to me how is the best way?

Firstly, thank you for your support. 

In the end, I used the "Grid chart" for mapping incidents. Now the visualisation is almost identified with what I wanted. (I mapped the x and y axis).
