Having trouble loading the Census KML file for MSAs

When I try to load the data into Qlik Sense, the name is showing up as >  rather than the name of the MSA.  Is there something wrong with this file?   If so, how do I remediate?

Actually, we've updated to the latest version, but it still doesn't work.

I'm still getting the same issue.
