Help me no below requirement

Hi need create the below chart in qlik sense.

how to write the set expression for this below requirement. If any related app available please share.

We should have in the blue line all contract over 1 (Count(max reference date(KM_DELTA_PERC_MONTH_END > 1))), in the orange one over 1.2 (Count(max reference date(KM_DELTA_PERC_MONTH_END > 1.2))) and grey one over 1.5 (Count(max reference date(KM_DELTA_PERC_MONTH_END > 1.5))).
For the 2 percentage charts, the number calculate above must be divide for the total number of contracts based on the same reference date.
