Help with Pivot Table

Hi,

I have a pivot table which displays a list of projects and key milestone dates (please refer to attached document).

A milestone i.e. PM29 can appear multiple times (with different dates) and I need each of them to be in a different column within the pivot table (as shown in the attachment).

Any help will be appreciated

Thanks

Ben

Hi Ben,

What you then need to do is make sure that in your fact table, you have for each value a unique dimension.

Something like PM27 - 1, PM 27 - 2 till PM 27 - n.

This dimension can then be loaded in your pivot table just like you did now. Got any idea how to make this?

Thanks Jordy.

I have introduced a naming convention within our ERP system i.e. #1, #2 which allows the required differentiation
