Highlighiting values in Pivot tables

Hi Qlik Community,

I have a question:
I have built a pivot chart with lots of values. However I want to highlight the best value in green and the worst in red.

Basically a color gradient - Best to worst

Is this possible in Pivot tables? & If so, what Formula could I use?

Thank you in advance!
