Highlight based on amount sum over previous dates

I'm trying to highlight a box in a pivot table if during the 12 months before an order the ordered_amount is 0. This is what I was trying:

=if(sum({<ready_date={">=$(=addmonths(ready_date,-12))<$ready_date"}>}ordered_amount)=0 and ordered_amount>0, 'Maroon')

Attached a picture to show it better, only two of the values would be highlighted in the picture. Thanks for the help.

@clifford  Could you please elaborate a bit  more on your request? I guess I am missing something here.

The boxes in the pivot table contain the sum of orders for that month. I am trying to highlight a box if that box has >0 sum of order for that month AND the 12 months before have 0 orders.
