How can I filter a key figure (and only the key figure)?

Hello everybody,

I am a new Qlik user and would like to do the following:

In a report, I would like to use the measure "orders", which is filtered to "open" in the State-Dimension . However, this filter should only apply to measures "orders".

How does it work?
