how can i publish a data connection to all users from qmc? so one ole db connection created by me will be  visible to all users in  connection pane area at Qliksense?

You should enter this in the "conditions box". This is the "advanced way" of creating the rule, as selecting values in listboxes is the "basic way".

I know it's late to the thread and there are other solutions, but the likeliest reason why that security rule did not work is because the syntax is incorrect. An asterisk (*) is only evaluated when using the LIKE operator (LIKE ‒ Qlik Sense). So the proper security rule would be user name like *
