How can the block pattern(mini chart) be displayed in the desired form

I tried to create a mini bar chart in the pivot table, but I think the effect I made is not the same as the effect requested by the user.

The figure below is the effect of customer requirements, the mini bar graph and the number are almost side by side.

The following picture is the effect I made. The pattern I chose is ‘LOWER HALF BLOCK’, so the mini bar graph and the number are not side by side, the pattern is below the number. But I can't find the kind of bar pattern requested by the client. Or is there another way to meet customer requirements?

Does anyone know how to achieve the demand?
