How do I manage extensions?

We want to clean up our extensions as there are too many extensions that are broken/outdated/not in use. Is there a way to identify these extensions that needs to be removed?

I tried using @stefanwalther  "sense-extension-governance" but it is not working - may be it is outdated. Also we can cannot close all the apps since we are big organization.

Found that this question is asked multiple times in forum for past few years but nobody have posted any solution to it.

Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

So perhaps the reason why this is a hard issue is that in order to be able to do this, one would need to build out a metadata store of the actual structure of all apps in a site. In order to solve for this the Enterprise Architecture team in the America's Presales organization in Qlik created this dashboard (https://github.com/eapowertools/qs-extension-usage-dashboard).

This app sources data from the Telemetry Dashboard (https://github.com/eapowertools/qs-telemetry-dashboard/) which is intended to solve a slightly different use case (granular performance metrics) but since that project builds that metadata store of the structure of apps, it seemed wise to piggy back off of that process.
