How does work the Option ¨Climber Custom Report¨

Hi Everyone goodmorning:

Actually i am working in Qlik Sense and i found an option called ¨Climber Custom Report¨ inside from Extensions Menu...I attached a Picture.

Can you tell me How Does it Work this Option please? and How i can configurate that???
