How often/when does Qlik Data Gateway - Direct Access push data to Qlik Cloud?

Hi all,

We have recently set up a Qlik Data Gateway - Direct Access (On-Premise) to pull data from an MS SQL DB and then push it to the Qlik Cloud, and everything is working great so far for creating dashboards with live data; however, I'm being asked the following questions:

1.) How often and when does the Direct Access agent send data to the Qlik Cloud?

2.) How much or is data being cached or stored in the Qlik Cloud?

1.) How often and when does the Direct Access agent send data to the Qlik Cloud?

>> When the app in Qlik Cloud loads data via data gateway(direct access) data connection, then it loads from the local database. Depends on when and how often does the app load at the Qlik Cloud side.

2.) How much or is data being cached or stored in the Qlik Cloud?

>> After data loaded to Qlik Cloud, you may check the app size in and get an idea how many data is loaded to Qlik Cloud.
