Hi,

You should create a License allocation rule.

Check below link for more help.

Hi @vikasmahajan ,

In my company we use a "user access rule" which allocates user automatically, so our clients won't have to deal with manual allocations.

We are doing this with this definition:

The user will be allocated automatically (Note that the "Allow access" is checked) if he belongs to RESEARCH_USERS.

RESEARCH_USERS is a UDC we defined that retrieves user list from a DB table.

Hope it helps,

Eli.

Hello experts,

And what about the license deallocation?... Is there any way to do this automatically?

For example: A Windows user removed from the AD user's group called "Qlik Users", must lose the license. How can we do that?
