How to change the license credentials

Dear whom this may concern,

We are the reseller of the qlik license and customer has bought Maintenance-Basic Qlik Sense Enterprise
Professional Users license.

Since the customer who holds the user account has already resigned, they need to change the 

account details from the resigned user to the new user.

Please let us know the steps.

Our Customer support team via Live chat/via case here https://community.qlik.com/t5/Support/ct-p/qlikSupport 

They would be able to assist with updating the contact details in our records.
