How to change y-axis into % for dygraphs

Hi guys, how do I change the y-axis labels to % when using dygraphs?

I have % values and they show up as 0.03, 0.04 when I want the labels to be 3% and 4%.

I tried changing measures to custom and the format pattern to #,##0.00% but it doesn't work.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

If the numeric value that is 0.03 then changing the format value from "Auto" to "Number" and choosing the percentage option should change it to 3%.
