How to color the bar above the reference line to Red and below the reference line to Green?

I have used the below expression in the Dimension reference line section. But no luck

=if (sum(Spend) > avg(total aggr(sum(Spend), Region)), red(), Green())

I think I have found the solution myself.

Instead of having the expression in Dimension reference line, I put in the Color and Legend section and marking from auto to custom.

This is great learning..
