How to convert Qlik sense QVF file into readable format

@Anil_Babu_Samineni , @anat  we want to extract backend structure for Qlik sense app (backend code it is generating while creating Qlik sense app)

So, If I have backend code or structure in XML, Json, readable format for Qlik sense app, we can extract the required data.
