I want to disable qmc access to few users. Please suggest.
Hi Poppy,
Just assign the user a token / licence. This will give them access to the hub. If they get to the qmc, all options will be greyed out.
Thanks,
Simon
Hi Poppy,
QMC access is only available to users with one of the admin roles. Just remove that role from the users that you don't wish to have access.
Thanks,
Simon
As Simon said what access a person has in the QMC is determined by their roles and is controlled by security rules.
So you can not give them an Admin role or you can modify the security rules for a particular role to limit what option are available when they login.
hi simon, how to give only hub access?? Currently I have given content admin access to the user. So user has both qmc and hub access..
Dont give any kind of admin role. just allocate the license. they can access HUB

What a Content Admin can do is controlled by a security rule. So either take that role away from them or you need to create a modified copy of this rule that only gives them what you want them to have in the QMC.
