How to give color by dimensions in 3 measures with 3 different dimensions

I want to create a bar chart with 3 measures but the color of these three measures is depending upon 3 different dimensions. So can you lease help me out how we can do that.

So here I have attached a snapshot in which I have 3 different measures and each measure is having flagging as Red, Yellow, Green(Val) in different dimensions. And I am using Inline load for calculated dimension(Raw, After HWT, Cleaning).

Hope it will explain what I need.
