How to make report with grouping of one field

I am using Qlik Sense.

I have one view with the below fields

I want to make simple report to show below data with the group by of Department

Department

Project Name

Project Status

Project Priority

Can you post a few more details about what you are trying to achieve? i think what you you want to do is probably simple, but i want to make sure i understand the question.
