How to manage HUB URL in Qlik Sense Enterprise?

Hi,

I can access to the hub via https://HOSTNAME/hub. I want to configure this access like the example here so I can enter the hub from a external network and with a nice URL 

I really don't know where to start searching about this. Which things have to be configured in Windows? and which ones in Sense? 

Does anyone can give me a clue where should I start?
