How to pass filter values in Load Script and refresh data based on Button Click

Is there any way to use filter value in Qlik Sense parameter and reload data based on those filter values on button click ??

Hi , I guess you don't refering on a qmc reload reload button but on qlik app.  However, Is not possible but it could be a very good idea to include it in an updated release.

In qmc Qlikview is possible btw.
