How to read qvd file

Planning to do automation in business layer which in turn can be done with API.So the main intention is to compare data in qvd with database..So we have to read qvd file...

You can load and read the QVD in Qlik Sense and then also load your other file to compare with.  Outside of Qlik Sense I don't know how you would read a QVD unless there is some utility on Branch.com.  But I am not aware of anything myself.

This Answers if we read via qlik applications..I want to know the feasibility of converting qvd to another format with out qlik applications..

Load the QVD and STORE using TXT.

QVD is a Qlik proprietary format which can be used with QlikView and Qlik Sense (and eventually other Qlik products)
