How to segregate the demention values like top 10m bottom 10 and others and show the 3 groups on scatter plot

HI Team,

I am very new to qlik sense. Thank you for your support in advance.

I need to a build a view like below. 

Requirement 1:

         Need create 3 segment from a  dimension( Here territory is my mention).

        Basically need to create one more column which will define top 10, bottom 10 and others. and i need show them on            the scatter plot.

       I need to define the top and bottom names based on product of two metrics which we are using on the scatter plot.

Requirement 2: On the x axis i need to have dynamic selection like measure 1 and measure 2

if i select measure 1 on x-axis then top and bottom 10 should be based on mesure1 * y-axis measure

if i select measure-2 on x-axis then op and bottom 10 should be based on measure2 * y-axis measure

IF you see on the below image, there is a drop down option where i can change measure 1 and measure 2

Please help me on how to get this requirement???
