How to separate columns and fix the data in to correct format?

Hello experts,

In my excel sheet I can see Plugin ID, CVE, CVSS, Risk, etc as separate columns. But when I upload that CSV into Qlik in shows as fallowing (all in one column). I want to see that what I see it in excel sheet as separate columns. How do I solve this issue? as well as the data also has changed. how do I fix it?

Check the delimited by, while inserting the script in the load editor.
