how to share the document that we made on the Qlik sense?thanks
Depends on what you are after.
If you have a server install, make sure you add it to the server and available in the right stream.
If you do not have a server, you could decide to just copy it. The file can be found under...
Documents\Qlik\Sense\Apps
Or you could upload it to the Cloud and share it with 3 people (but I don't have the details for that at hand).
谢谢!(Thanks!)But Qlik sense can't share it like Excel or Powerpoint? And i have another question,i can't sign in the Qlik cloud because that the web page of login always refresh.Idon't know what's wrong is it!
I'm a college student in china,My english is poor. So,it's harder to understand that i write the word.i'm so greatful you can replay my message.
Hi
As Onno mentioned you can find the sense application under Documents\Qlik\Sense\Apps. The format is .qvf
Just send this to whoever you want to share the application with. When sharing on the cloud you will need to create an account first, if you still have trouble I would recommend trying a different browser.
When you want to share applications with many people, schedule reloads, apply security and governance (among other things) then you should as Onno mentioned look into the full Sense install (server).
Thanks! I can find the ".qvf" under Documents\Qlik\Sense\Apps. I'm understand. But I can't create an account on the cloud because the problem of web page. I think that it probably has problem with the network of china.
Hi
They should be here
C:\Users\YourUserName\Documents\Qlik\Sense\Apps
Hi,
You can share the QVF file which is created in the folder location C:\Users\Documents\Qlik\Sense\Apps every time and when you create new file it is created here. And you can use this file for sharing the documents as qvf file. Also if you have server install you have mount the QVF file there also.
Regards
Anand
The problem is no longer finding the files, Nils, but getting an account on the cloud. This might be because it (possibly) is blocked in China. This happens in some countries, although usually when related to porn, politics or religion.
Ahh, I read can't... my bad. I'm guessing the cloud issue is due to country.
Thanks! I can find it. But I can't sure it can be read on the other computer that install or not install the Qlik sense desktop. I will try to do in this way when i work next week.
