Idea on Catalogue/Space for client to check which metrics belongs to which application/Report

Hi,

Client need to know the Metrics definition/logic and for which reports those metrics belongs to prior access the respective Reports.
So could you please suggest few methods/ideas to accomplish this.

FYI: I have collected those information in excel.
