Ignore a calculated filter in set analysis

Hi all,

Is it possible to ignore a calculated filter in set analysis?

For example, I have a calculated filter, whose function is: If(Item='Apple', 'Fruit', DetailedType) AS Type.

In a measure, I want to ignore the value selected in Type filter. How can I achieve that?

Thanks in advance!

Hi @wanyunyang.

I don't think this is possible. However I would put this calculated filter in the script, then in the set analysis I would ignore it like this:

{< Type= >}

Also is a good practice to not use calculated dimensions on the front end.

Let me Know if it helps.
