Importance of Subset Ratio and Information Density.

Hi All,

I am new to Qlik. I have doubt on Subset Ratio and Information Density please clarify.

   -> What is the importance of Subset Ratio and Information Density at the time of Joining the tables. Means how to understand which table we have to consider as left table and which table as right table. Pls explain when we have two fact tables

In simpler words, it works like this, lets consider you have a table which consists of 5 rows out of which the data is present in all the columns for all 5 rows except one, assuming its a non-primary key field like sales value or profit margin %. If you want to join and get some output from the join then you must have some null values in that case the information density needs to be below 100%, otherwise there would not be any data fetched from the second joining table.
