In a drill down table, I want to be able to stop the drill down on the term I filtered, where the (+) button won't show up. Is this possible?

If I were to search on the term 'Apnea', Is it possible to have the drill down end on that term, where the user won't be able to drill down further, or be tempted to drill down due to the (+) sign next to it?

I believe this could be done only if you limit the data in the app, or if you use section access to reduce the data available.
