After installing on windows 10 the interface of Qlik Sense is very zoomed (comically large) even though I have a high resolution display. A colleague has the same issue. After opening the hub in Chrome (100%) it is fine. Ctrl+- does not work (like in the browser). Is this a known issue? And is there a way to reduce the zoom in settings (I cannot find any setting). Screenshots below:
Chrome seems to be ok:
Hi Jaap,
Your questions similiar to this thread
Re: How Sense Desktop checks the screen resolution?
it's because your notebook have high resolutions.
Solutions:
Please navigate to the services.conf file, which can be found here: C:\Users(yourfolder)\AppData\Local\Programs\Qlik\Sense. Open the file with WordPad or the likes, and under the [browser.parameters] section, add the following parameters:
--high-dpi-support=1
--force-device-scale-factor=1

Marco
Looks like one is on Grid view and the other List view.
The buttons to change view are top right just to the right of where it says Alphabetically.
