We are running Qlik Sense Enterprise version June 2018. Lately we're periodically receiving Invalid Visualization on Custom Objects. This error can sometimes be resolved when clearing browser cache.
Any help with resolving this issue would be much appreciated.
Thanks,
Darniece
we see this sometimes, too. so far have not found the cause but suspect it may be related to server issues , like low resources or large page file.
There is a bug documented for this error and scenario, but so far I have found no docs on the details (what shows in the logs, for example)
QB-10967
If you use the search in the community section for release notes you may be able to find if your version has this fix
example:
May 2022, has a fix for this in P7
https://community.qlik.com/t5/Release-Notes/Qlik-Sense-Enterprise-on-Windows-Release-notes-May-2022-...
however - we are seeing the same error and same situation/scenario, intermittently on May 2022 P8 🙂
without the details it is hard to say if it is the same.
