Internal engine error - when I load an app?

I am trying to load an app and I get that message... how can i solve that?

@Nemo1 This is dangerous error in your platform, I would suggest to highlight this with your Qlik sense Administrator guys. There are many way to look into based on logs and HAR file.

We faced the same problem, at that time we connected with QlikTech line manager. (They did reinstall the patch but that application is gone)

Thank you.... so I guess I will have to give up on this application and start over right? cuz u could not make it work?
