Just trying to install November version on my work laptop.
But all I got is:
(The login page is missing)
I have been fallowing some suggestions from other post but none worked here.
Try to remove the local apps you have in: "C:\Users\... \Documents\Qlik\Sense\Apps"
Before, backup those apps into another folder!
If after that, Qlik Sense open fine, restore your old apps.

FYI, i too faced similar issue in Sense 3.2 version and managed to fix after clearing the browser cache (my case is qliksense desktop)
C:\Users\<User Name>\AppData\Local\Temp\QlikSenseBrowserCache
