Is there anyway to use dimensions in both the X and Y axis?

I have data which I need to display, for example, dates in the X axis and categories in the Y axis (let's say, date vs type of food).

I have been researching and trying out different charts / extensions / combinations but none seem to work for me (or at least, the way I want it to display).

The closest thing I have come up with was, using AnyChart extension, being able to define a scatter plot's Y axis with a category instead of a measure.

Any workaround or solution for this would be much appreciated, many thanks in advance!

Perhaps this extension: https://github.com/skokenes/Qlik_Sense_Extension-GridChart
It's a bit old, so perhaps it doesn't work anymore in newer Qlik Sense versions. But you could ask the author to update it.
