This solution is way too simple and unsufficient, but thanks. it is not what I asked and shown. If you haven't noticed the challenge is too show two different measures, one absolute and one relative. The real question is can I show bars showing absolute changes and Value on bars showing relative changes?

But as per my knowledge, it is not possible to define multiple-scale for a single chart.
