Hi @MounikaKotha

Can you share a screenshot of where you are seeing this message, including the URL but with any sensitive details obfuscated.

If you have purchased an Enterprise SaaS licence and are seeing that message it might not have been activated correctly. If that is the case then it is something you should raise with support at https://community.qlik.com/t5/forums/postpage/board-id/@support

Note that on the account section of the site you can have multiple accounts, so make sure you have the right one:

Also note that products which are not Sense SaaS related, such as QlikView or Sense Client Managed will correctly show that there is not a tenant associated:

Hope that helps,

Steve

Hi @MounikaKotha

You should have received an email when you signed up. Did that come through?

On the email will be an link like https://lkjadf0auf3293j92k.eu.qlikcloud.com/ - that's where you want to be headed to.

Alternatively, when logged in with the correct Qlik account you can go to https://myqlik.qlik.com/tenants/index.html , which will either take you straight to your tenant, or give you a list of tenants if you have many.

Hopefully you will be able to find the tenant that way.

Steve
