Issue with Ransomware attack and needs upgrade of qlik sense

We are using qlik sense September 2019 in our windows server 2012R2 and is now in secure with Ransomware campaign attack .Our security team proposed to go for the higher recommended version as this version doesn't have any patching available.

We are completely new to Qlik products and would like to know the process, version to be used or followed to.

1.Which version of qlik sense is compatible and secure?

2.Which version of windows should be taken with which version of qlik sense?

Like windows server 2022 with qlik sense version.

3.Pre requisites and process to setup .

Please help us to understand and appreciate if someone could help us.

Please refer to Upgrading and unbundling the Qlik Sense Repository Database using the Qlik PostgreSQL Installer for a complete manual of the upgrade process to the latest version.

As for secure versions, you migh want to upgrade all the way to November 2023 Patch 2, which is the latest version of Qlik Sense and does not contain the recent vulnerabilities (CVE-2023-48365, CVE-2023-41266 and CVE-2023-41265). For versions below November, refer to this post.

Here we need the process and procedure of which version qlik sense to be used in windows server 2022.

We will be getting all new windows server 2022 servers.

Once we setup the environment we will come out of the existing setup which is running on windows server 2012.(Out of support)

It's always recommened to install or upgrade to the latest version of Qlik Sense, currently November 2023 Patch 2. This is the complete list fo system requirements for Qlik Sense Enterprise.
