Hi all,
I am unable to log in to Qlik Sense Desktop.
When I log in to Qlik Cloud I am also met by this message:
However, when I press 'View Account' after a couple of seconds it shows my subscription as Active.
Can someone help me how to get into Qlik Sense Desktop?

can you please download the latest version of Qlik Sense Desktop (August 2023 Patch 3) from the download portal and let me know if you still have the issue? Thanks!

Unfortunately, the issue persists after updating to the latest patch. What other things could be causing it?
