Last 5 Quarters Regardless of Year Filtered

I would like to always see sales for the latest 5 quarters, regardless of what year that is filtered on the page.

Use something like below

Sum( {<Year=,OrderDate={">=$(=AddMonths(Max(OrderDate),-15)) <=$(=Max(OrderDate))"}>} OrderRecordCounter)
