License Monitor Failing on reload (New install)

I have just installed Qlik Sense (February 2020) and the License Monitor is failing to reload. Operations Monitor is fine. Checking the error log (attached) the reload is failing after the connection 'monitor_apps_REST_license_overview' with the following error:

Error: HTTP protocol error 403 (Forbidden):

The server refused to fulfill the request.

Execution failed.

I'm sure that this is something simple in the setup that I missed and someone with more experience will be able to stop the problem right away.

Hi @khartless ,

Possible cause  

The user configured in "monitor_apps_REST_license_overview" data connection does not have read access to the license and access type entities.

Proposed action  

Do the following:

  1. Open the Data connections overview page in the QMC.

  2. Select the monitor_apps_REST_license_overview data connection, click Edit and enter user ID and password credentials of a user with correct access rights.

  3. Save the changes.
