License and Operation Monitor no icons

 

Hi All,

We would like to ask about this:

1. This is how the License and Operation Monitors appear. There are no images or icons (please see the attachments). Previously, when we opened the License Monitor, it displayed icons that corresponded to the sheets. But when we check it this morning, it looks like that. We have no idea why this occurs. Can we find out what caused it? And what can we do about it?

Does the static content exist for the Monitoring apps in such folder?

So, are you saying the icons always appear like that?

Does it only happen for those 2 apps?

Yes, it appears the icons like that just now. But before it has an image or thumbnail. We don't know why it happens.

 

Does it only happen for those 2 apps?

Yes, and when we open the apps the sheets under that app also look like this.
