I would like to use the load schedule, is it possible to load every 20 minutes?

You mean we can set 20 minutes for load schedule, right.
Where can I check the screen? and which version do you use?（Enterprise?）

I can check  free trial version and enterprise version.
But I'm not administrator so I can't see the screen which can be seen  only by administrator.

Hi @louise119 

In the QlikSense Enterprise versions you create the tasks using Qlik Management Console (QMC). If you don't have access to QMC then you can ask your admin team to create the task and schedule it to run every 20 minutes once

You can check the status of the task under the "Tasks" section in QMC only if you have access to it.
